The literary journal I contribute to, Segullah , has just had our first book published, The Mother in Me. My essay "Watch with Me" captures my experience sending off my first child to kindergarten... but it is honestly the least among the essays within. The strength and collective talent found within this group of mother-writers blew me away as I went through the final editing of this manuscipt.
