The Arctic Explorer

Once there was an Arctic mountain. An explorer was trying to get to the heart of the mountain. But there was a lava monster. The explorer tried to win the fight. Everyone thought he fought like a mule. A few seconds later the monster got mud in his eye. This was the explorer's only chance. So he jumped on a rock and surfed away. It led to the heard of the mountain, and he found a diamond!

Another Joseph moment

To explain, last summer it was all about Les Mis--the musical, the book, our new bunny Cosette. At least this year, we've upgraded to something biblical... All the kids want to hear, sing, and reinact these days is Andrew Lloyd Webber's Joseph. Sans the Potiphar scene of course. Bad costume, Joan. Bad.

And yes, Jacob's "Elvis wig" in this video is a hamburger-bun bag. This whole scene was done impromptu while Jared was BBQing our FHE repas, and the Sara Lee bun bag became a vital prop.

Isn't Eden's accent spot on? (which must also be said with accent...) You should hear her German one she uses for Bach--a character she'll be playing later this month in a school musical, Compose Yourself.

Um, parenting can be really fun.
